Frank Heggie was a ‘well-kent’ Bo’ness character.  Often seen in the Town Centre in his tartan plaid.  Love for Frank was demonstrated on the day of his funeral when the bench on which he often sat  was covered in floral tributes.  St. Andrew’s Church was full - and Streets throughout the town lined by mourners.
